At Kathmandu AU, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day change-of-mind return policy for all gear and apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your online account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to meet our resale standards.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
